Upgrading my WC system
Well my water pump in my "stock" Thermaltake system died on me after the first hour of operation so I bought a Danger Den CPX1 pump for a replacment, which should come in the mail today. Now that I have gotten my feet wet in this WC stuff I want to upgrade my system gradually (I'm not a rich guy) for some better cooling and overclocking. My current system looks like this:
__________________Water Block: Standard TT Copper / Acrylic with Blue LED Radiator: 407mm x 120mm x 35mm Fans 3x120mm 1300 rpm Pump: DD-CPX1 12v DC, quoted at 500L/hr Reservoir: Danger Den Bay Reservoir (HDP) 3/8 Fittings Tubing: Industrial Grade 3/8” Transparent UV First I want to upgrade the waterblock. The ones that I have in mind so far are: Swiftech APOGEE GTX ($69.00), EK-Supreme ($69.95), Danger Den MC-TDX ($59.95) D-Tek Fusion ($69.99), Enzotech Sapphire ($69.95). The reason I'm considering so many is because I know so little about what makes a good water block, however these seem to be the best rated on the websites I'm looking at. After the waterblock I plan on upgrading the tubings and fittings to a larger size for greater flow. After that I plan on adding a a chipset and videocard block to the loop. Is there anything I'm forgetting? All suggestions are appreciated!

I'd just grab a Fuzion or MC TDX, they are both fairly non-restrictive and should do OK with that pump..I wouldn't use any jets in the Fuzion the pump cant keep up...
You can still seal the Fuzion with a washer for a little better performance...D-Tek FuZion Washer Made Easy..You don't need to bow the block and all that, thats just for s/775... I wouldn't worry about the NB, a good HSF is plenty...I use this one and it works great..Swifty NB HSF. For a GPU I would go with a Swifty 60 and ram sinks, its a good flowing block.Swifty 60...Swifty 60 Ram Sinks

Hey I like your Avator str8maniac  D-Tek is good. I would go with a better pump if you have the extra money, like the Swiftech MCP655 - 5 speed variable, plus I noticed you have 3/8 inch barbs, but you might want to go with 1/2 inch since this is alittle bigger and don't restriced waterflow as much. And if you do decide to get the MCP655 pump you will have to get 1/2 inch barbs simply because the pump itself has its own built in 1/2 inch fittings so having to spend more money on adapters and 2 differnat sized tubing will be more hazzle. But just take your time, and figure it out and have fun mainly. Good Luck
