Default two questions

I have this kit, can I cool my mobo with it or do I have to upgrade something? also what blocks do you guys reccomend for the mobo?

it idles at 53c dunno if while gaming it goes higher since the only place I can see the temps is at bios.

53C is high for just idle and no real load.

First, check the seating of the cold-block onto the processor with it's mounting hardware.

Second, if it needs to be reseated, use new thermal paste.

Third, check and remove any air in the cooling loop. The DDC pump is somewhat fussy with air and the flow slows as the pump gurgles.

Fourth, check for any tight tubing bends that can impede the flow.

Fifth, examine the cooling loop component positions for best performance.
