Default Got a hole in my radiator!

ok ive got a pinhole in my radiator, actually my car radiator but same thing. Water leaks out of it pretty fast and i know where the hole is, what i need to know is what should i use to seal it up, ive tried this fluid which you put in the radiator, it worked for a little while but the hole is back. So i need something to place over the hole so it is properly sealed. What should i use?

An appropriately-sized sheet metal screw may also work. Recommend stainless steel.
