Check this out--I just got a tranny cooler from NAPA--$35--a dryer vent offset from Home Depot--$10
The photos tell the tale--the itty bitty radiator in the first picture is why i went out to get the cooler

In the next series I clamp on some 3/8 ID line that came with the cooler --it is very thick and chemical resistant--the holes hold the rad tilted in the box away from the fan. The rad gets taped down at an angle with the super duper metal tape. Box gets sealed and good to go.

It's a universal transmission oil cooler all aluminum. I am waiting for my water block from (not-so) Swiftech.
Here are some more pics--

I sealed the box and velcroed it to the side panel after making a hole in the right place. I shifted the screen down over the new exhaust.
In the next series of pictures I enlarge the intake on the rad box and fit a 120 to it. Everything fits perfect--the old hole up top is for my Mountain Mod resevoir (made to fill a 120 blowhole). In the last pic I have the pump sitting where it will go--lots of room and good airflow from the orange 120mm intake over the rad box exterior and over the pump (which probably will get warm)--the only mod left is to add the little rad to the exit fan and change that fan with a Vantec Tornado--I want to avoid any openings on the right side panel to eliminate noise. I need some barbed 90 degree fittings and a waterblock to test it out!

Sorry about the delay--I had to work--yes the little rad was getting the thumbs down from everyone I showed it to so i went ahead and made thje rad box. I guess the little rad should be of some help--so i figure i will mount it over the rear exhaust and push through ti with a Vntec Tornado (in the mail...) What do you think? I don't see how it could hurt... but if I have 2 rads-where do they go in the circuit? Before and after the WB or both before or both after? Hmmmm. It would interesting to test the different setups...but a little dangerous changing lines too many times...more chances for a spillage. Thanks for the comments--I could use some advice being a n00b at AquaTronics...
