Very good. The best you can get without going to the xtremes.

You can use 7/16" tubing on 1/2" barbs for a tighter fit, but I just use 1/2" tubing and zip ties.

You can build a pretty nice rig for $400 bux...

I know you have probably been linked to all these but here we go again....

For a CPU you might want to look at fstfrddy's all metal blocks, they are what I use and I love them...Stinger WB

Commercial...D-tek Fuzion V2...

Pump...D-5

Rad.. GTX360.Or the 480 if you can find somewhere to put it.. GTX480..

I'd use at least this size fan on any rad.86cfm Pana...I use these mostly..115 Pana-S/W.120x38mm fans have a higher pressure and seem to scavenge air through the rad better....

GPU...Swifty 60.Sinks....Swifty 60 Ram Sinks

Res..DD 5 1/4" Bay Reservoir.Or just use a t-line...

Tubing...I like this on 1/2" barbs....Or this for the full size....

Coolant..Pentosin..Mixed at 10 or 11-1 with distilled water...2 drops of this for a biocide..PT Nuke..I'll leave you my whole coolant recipe in my PDF, it has basic cleaning and set-up info in it also.....

Automotive worm drive clamps or just zip-ties...

Stuff you might like to read. go over all the stickies here also they have some good info...Take your time picking parts and look over all your options and you will be more able to set up a loop that is right for you....
