Hey any shroud is better then no shroud, I've run 1" shrouds like that before and they do help...Be sure to seal the shrouds to the rad and the fans to the shroud...Cheap silicone fan gaskets work pretty well for that, i usually just use clear silicone anymore, as long as you don't get it into your fins its easy to clean up with a thumb-nail, peels right off...

I think the Coolingworks would cool better, I haven't been impressed with the 320 personally. BTW, how do you like those 2k Kazes? I've been thinking about getting them for my next build (rad fans) and I was wondering how they perform, and sound. Thanks and good luck!

idk my 320 cooled my B3 quad rather well, i was had to cool it at 3.8ghz with 1.55 vcore i hit 63 @ 100% load. i love the ultra kazes
