It does OK for a month or so, then it fades out pretty fast...Just add a couple more drops then...I always change my coolant out every 2 or 3 months and never had any problems with it, it was mixed with G12, I don't know how it would react with any other coolants...You know if you want the blue G11 if you have a VW or Audi dealership near you its not very expensive by the liter...I don't have one close and used to buy it on Amazon pretty cheap, the shipping was high, it was still a lot cheaper then buying 4 ounce bottles of it from WC'ing stores...

I just use 12 ounces of Prestone anti-freeze mixed with 1 gallon of distilled, its green and I'm sick of green, but I have about 4 gallons of coolant in my loop and I'm not going to spend much $$$ on coolant for it....

Just buy some UV tubing and you will never have any goop build ups and whatnots.

I like the Primochill tubing, others like the Feser tubing.

Agreed; each and every combination of dye/additives (except pure distilled w/ Biocide and no dyes) has stained/gunked up the tubing and blocks.

I've just ordered some UV red Feser tube so that'll be nice to have some color back in my rig.
