Nah, you wont have any trouble. Everyones already given you the reasons so I don't wanna sound like a broken record.

BUT if you are truely worried, just use a res and open up the seal on it every month or so. The pressure will equalize and that will be the end of it.

As others have said, the pressure difference isn't going to be great enough to matter. Another thing, correct me if I'm missing something here but last I knew barometric pressure related to altitude, not latitude?

Barometric pressure is just atmospheric pressure. Weather has an effect (i.e. "low pressure fronts" or "high pressure fronts") and weather is closely tied to seasons.

Exactly, so the pressure in Anchorage is going to pretty much be the same as in San Francisco since both are at sea level with minor differences due to weather. Tubes are more likely (and still extremely unlikely) to burst from low barometric pressure in Denver than the higher pressure in Anchorage.

Barometric pressure isn't directly related to altitude; Weather changes can have a substantial effect on barometric pressure. That said, changes in local atmospheric pressure would not have an effect on an H2O loop (even a 10 in Hg change in barometric pressure is only a difference of 5psi in ambient pressure)
