Default SVC made good ...

Just a little note about SVC ...

I've purchased from them before, so I have no qualms about placing an order with them again. I ordered some more pieces/parts from them wayyyy back on May 30th. I received the GTX120 rad last Friday ( June 13th ) ... but not the other parts. I'm not in any huge hurry, but I thought I should give them a call to see if there was a problem with the rest of the order. The gentleman on the phone was very apologetic and said that he would credit me 10% on my purchase for the trouble, and that my remaining parts would ship today.

SVC did good by me by offering the reduced price and still getting me the parts. ( The repeated apologies was a nice touch too )

I'm glad they did you right Joe...I've had them call me several times when they wouldn't be able to fill my complete order and make sure I still wanted it to be sent...Great place, I've made a lot of orders from them, and have always been more then satisfied...

Yup, there aren't many other stores out there better or that can beat the SVC price. They've got some good service too, I've had my run-arounds with them enough.

Good to hear that "Good Business Ethics" still exist...

...the cynical side says, "believe it when you see the stuff on yer doorstep".

But, my experience with SVC has always been very good.
