what matter most is the ambiant temps(the rooms temperature). the lower the temp is the more cold the air is that is getting into ur comp. you should have fans blowing air into your pc from the front and out the back and through the top b/c heat tends to rise so you want to get it out of there as quickly as possible. i have fans pushing air out from the back and through the side.

What case are you using? are you getting sufficient airflow
good question.

what is the ambient temp in ur room that will determine ur temp in ur box.

North Bridge: You could use an Antec Spotcool fan

most n/b s/b cooling can get away with a good fan on them consider this b4 w/c.

Here are some pictures of my computer. I have plenty of airflow with 2 250mm fans, but my temps are still to high. The heatsyncs on the 8800gtx's are just horrid and I believe that I need a better one for my cpu... ambient temps of my room are around 75F or 24C. If I do go liquid cool, do I need to get more than one radiator? Will one handle everything?

You may want to tidy those cables a bit more. I have the Antec 900, drilled holes and re ran cables, dropped my temps by a good amount.

Well, I can tidy my cables up a bit, but the thing is that the problem are my video card heat syncs. They run hot as it is. The rest of my case isn't too bad, just my video cards and maybe my processor if I overclock it. I was thinking that liquid cooling would be an investment because it would keep everything cooler and make it last longer. I was expecting to get some better coolers for my video cards anyway and I figured that I might as well go to liquid cooling...
