Yeah, I saw it, but I actually managed to find EXACTLY what I was looking for on a UK site.

http://www.yellowcatshop.co.uk/shop/...rycurrency=USD

They have multiple 120mm clear hemispheres with different kinds of acrylic moulding, so I'm emailing them to ask which would be the best choice for the project I have in mind.

Shipping will be expensive, but I could care less since their prices are dirt cheap, and I'd pay more from somewhere else that would require me to have it custom molded or something like that.

Still awaiting on a reply regarding the acrylic hemisphere. I want to be 101% sure I'd be ordering the right product since I'd buy it from the UK.

I made designs/templates for the individual pieces in Photoshop so I'd have a better idea how they'd fit together and how they'd be cut. Once I detail them with measurements and sort a few more things out, I'll post em and see what everyone has to say. Given that it's a pretty complex structure, I don't want to have to make any more parts than I have to, but I don't want to try and mash everything together from one or two cuts.

Updates!

I went ahead and ordered the 120.7mm injection molded acrylic hemisphere from the 4D Modelling company. It's shipping from the UK, so who knows how long it will take to get here. I figure I'll give it two weeks, and in that time I can finalize my WC parts as well as purchase the rest of my acrylic needs from my local Lowes. I've gotta do a side panel mod on my case as well as cut more space for the rad and the res to go on the top, although I think I'll be doing that once I get everything finished for the reservoir.

Since I've got your attention already, how is my WC setup looking, parts-wise?

dTek Fuzion v2
dTek DB-1 Compact pump
Swiftech MCR220 Quiet Rad with 2x (maybe 4x) Yate Loon D12SM
8' of Tygon tubing
10 Mini Hose clamps
Petra's PT Nuke

Going to use distilled water and yellowish/green highlighter fluid as the fluid, along with the PT nuke and a little bit of Dawn.

I've noticed that Tygon stains really easily. I was running Pentosin G11 in my distilled and it stained the tubes green. Although I do love the flexibility.
