Since I've got your attention already, how is my WC setup looking, parts-wise?

dTek Fuzion v2
dTek DB-1 Compact pump
Swiftech MCR220 Quiet Rad with 2x (maybe 4x) Yate Loon D12SM
8' of Tygon tubing
10 Mini Hose clamps
Petra's PT Nuke
I would go ahead and get a good pump, the D-5 vario is a real decent one..D-5 vario..If you like the Db-1 because its small a 18W DDC w/Top would be a lot better small one.18W DDC.. EK-DDC X-TOP...Its about on par with a D-5, its just more $$ because it needs a after-market top to perform as well...

For tubing I much prefer Masterkleer over Tygon, don't let the price fool you its good stuff...7/16x5/8"...You use that on 1/2" barbs. This for full sized..1/2x3/4"..If you have any really sharp bends to make you might want to get a few feet of Tygon for it, Masterkleer will bend just about as well...I always get 15-20' anytime I order it, you'll need it sooner or later anyway, it sux to need some tubing and be short on it...Every-time I clean my rig I just replace all the tubing..

I'll leave you my cleaning ans set-up PDF, be sure to read all the stickies here also, lots of good info in them....

I chose the DB-1 not so much due to size, but due to noise level and price. To me, the pump difference isn't worth the extra money since I'm only cooling my CPU. I'm frugal, what can I say.

I've ordered all my WC parts from Petra's and Sidewinder Computers, so they should be arriving sometime next week.

Same here. I ran my coolant very rich in G11, so it was a dark blue. Ran it for 9 months. Just recently cleaned my loop, and no stains on my tubing at all, tubing looked brand new after a rinse with vinegar and distilled. I'm using Tygon Tubing as-well.

Anyways, That reservoir will be amazing if you complete it. Loving the design. Definitely Subscribed.
