Bio-Hazard (B-H) did something like this in a Mountain Mods case a little over a year ago.
This rendering has a flavor of both that and the Dell XPS-730 water-cooling made by OEM Delphi.

Concept designs look nice. Oh just my 2 cents. If you are trying to make it out of plexi make sure that you use at least 1/4" thick acrylic

Since you are doing a box anyway. Might want to make the radiator section so it only allows air in through the radiator and pull the fans off the rad by 2 inches making a really nice shroud. just a thought.

ok, i made some slight changes. So far i changed the tube that dangled out. It's now only partially exposed. I also made the case 1/2" taller so that the tube could fit under the radiator.

Awesome model.
My only suggestion would be to integrate a nice large shroud for the back side. Something else I've considered for a rad box is some sort of easy to replace filter for the front. I had thought several times about making some sort of triple rad box that accepts normal household duct filters that I could just change out regularly. I get tired of cleaning dust and the filter would probalby help silence the fans some too... I'm just not sure you'd you'd make the filter look cool. It's much nicer to see the rad itself.

well I did kind of add a small shroud to this, only 25mm though, lol. I just planned on taking 3 120mm cheapo fans and gutting them out into shrouds.
The filter idea is smart. I was thinking about a easy was to set that up. i might just make a easily removable faceplate with normal fan filters on it. I'm afraid that to use thick filters because they might casue to much air restriction.

It has been brought up that you could use a double pass rad like this: http://www.petrastechshop.com/swmcqposerab1.html Not that one per se, but the fact that these types of rads have barbs on the same side really helps.

You have alot of wasted space where the fan controler is and the pump and such, maybe try condensing things in a bit more. Other than that i think your ready to build. Good luck.
