Awesome Martin! Any chance of having the time to do this with a Feser 360 as well?
I know you did some some flow rate testing on the 360 but I never saw any thermal testing data. ![]()

So far the 480 is looking really favorable for ultra low through medium speed fans.

ah ok....
So since the 480 and 360 are the same design just a different size it's probably safe to say the performance in general would be similar with the 480 being able to cool more components

Honestly, I got my WC outfit more for silence than trying to lower temps all that far. As fast and as hot as I can get my CPU and my NB, I've still never gone over 63C even after 24 hours at 100% load. Since that's well below the threshold, I'm fine with it. The fans I have on the radiator are pretty high CFM for a low rpm, 120mm Scythe "Slip Stream" (68.54 CFM, 24 dBA @1200 RPM). I bet if I bought some cheap fans and used their housings as a cheap shroud, they would work even better. The point is, I can't hear my computer until I put my ear right up next to it. After years of running a stock cooled PIII with its chainsaw-like tone, I'm in heaven.
