Should I try to use the "standard" method of mounting? because I tried out this method of mounting it. Maybe the screw's aren't tightened evenly..though they are on as tight as they can be.

Are you certain that your pump is operating within its parameters?

Check and verify:

Liquid-flow
Air-flow
Mounting

Perhaps try another TIM, or varying types of applications (although only 1 type is recommended depending upon core-type)

Is there any way I can check them "flows"? I don't have anything to measure that with...but I know the water is running pretty fast, as I was watching it take out the air bubbles in the beginning xD

It might also help if your fans were not pulling hot air from your case..through the rad.. but rather pulling cool air from the outside and sucking it in to the top of the case. I would reapply your TIM and remount..fix the slightly 'bent-too-much' on your hose too. {What, I didn't call it a kink}

Yea I fixed the slightly 'bent-too-much' hose from the Res coming out. I'm gonna try "separate" rad soon. I really wanted to put them together to make it a "one piece" not a "two piece"

When I turn my computer on in the morning it idles around 24/25c and when the loop starts to heat up it sits right around 33c.

Try this, let the loop/rad cool to room temperature and turn the computer on and immediately check temperatures. If the temperature is significantly above room temperature (34/35+) then i would boil this down to a bad mounting, kink in loop, etc. My loop stays ~24c for about 15 minutes before it's at "normal" operating temp.

definitely agree. Try to take the rad off the case, and see if that makes a difference. when i was testing it out on my case (i also have a Cosmos) I had it pushing air into the case and pulling air from the outside.

What does it load at? Your idle is a little high I know, but you need to know load temp's...Idle temp's can be high with a lot of v-core with WC'ing, but your load might not be that much higher...

A back-plate can help your mounts lot with any block on s/775...

..Backing Plate Mod for the FuZion

I usually re-mount at least 4 or 5 times, let it cure in a little each time, then try to work it back to my lowest temp...

You'll get it going..

I did use that Backing Plate mod...I'm not sure how much to screw these on tho...I'm trying to tighten it as much as I can...would that have any negative effect on the cooling?

**edit**

Load temps are about 60/60/56/56 using OCCT CPU only test. So as for the load temp, its not as BAD as I though it was....:T

Oh and I'm running the Rad outside the case with both push/pull with shroud

Without using a flow-meter, I generally verify that the pump is working when I fill the loop and when the loop is bleeding (as you have done).

If you could see the little bubbles moving at a respectable speed through the loop, then I would say that you are good to go...

yea when I shook it in the beginning, the bubbles moved fast. So I'm guessing the flow's okay...

I'd like to see you get it down into the 50C's at least at load, you have a good rad and fans and everything else...Sounds like your pretty well bleed out to, so that leaves trying some re-mounts...

The way I do mine is to put a real thin see through coat of TIM on my block and CPU, I put it on with a razor blade and really work it from side to side and front to back, try to work it down into the pores of the metal..Then just a little dot in the center, or how ever you do yours for a quad...
