i would do a 480 for the 3 cards,what kind of water block are u using for the cards full cover or just gpu?? as for your cpu the 360 should be more than adequate. you have a big case make sure u have good air circ all around especially in the exhaust dept.

1/2"ID tubing FTW!!! but 3/8"ID tubing works too... i dont think they make the D5's in 3/8" barbs tho.

so i should use 1/2 tubing but should i use a 360 or 480 rad for the gpus?

as for your two loop question, you could get two swiftech 355's with the xspc res-tops and then you wouldn't have to worry about resevoirs taking up certain spaces but either way. you've already gotten some good advice from some really good people. good luck with your build!
