You can make a pretty quiet WC'ing rig, just use a lot of surface area on the rads and use lower cfm fans...Mine is loud, i have a lot of higher cfm fans all over it...

How much do you want to spend on a rig?

I would like to keep it at least under $175 or so. I would be willing to spend a little bit more if it has a huge impact on the performance.

Well you might be able to do that if you buy used parts....There is usually gear here in the for sale section that you can get for a good price at times...

This is the V1 Fuzion... FuZion ..You should be able to find these used since the V2 has come out, guys will be buying the V2...Use your back-plate with it..

This is the 10W DDC..Swiftech MCP350 ..You have to run it with 3/8" tubing unless you buy another after-market top for it, I'd just use 3/8, it wont hurt your temp's a whole lot anyway...The impact of tubing sizes -Cathar

Get a Bonnie HC for a rad...Barbs for heatercore? ..Or just buy one already barbed..Bonnie.I'd at least use some medium cfm YL's on it on both sides in a push-pull...Shrouds will help on a HC...How to make a dual heater core fan shroud..

.. Poll: Push or pull configuration for Radiators

..Part-1-480 GTX-Temps W & W/O Shrouds

Tubing...3/8x5/8".

Just use a t-line instead of a res...

Stuff to read, I'll leave you my cleaning and set up PDF also, be sure to read all the stickies here to...

..Water Cooling - In English

..Assembling your Custom Watercooling Setup

..D-Tek Fuzion install tip! (Or why you should clean new blocks)

My favorite shope for H2O gear is Petra's Tech Shop
Just like with building your own rig!

Alright, thanks for all the advice. I'll look at the shops you posted and research what will fit in my budget.
