Default Q9450 =Custom Watercooling Suggestions?

Hello,
I have a Q9450 with a T.R.U.E at the moment and it is serving me well for my current overclock. I want to overclock higher, and to keep my temps low, i want to switch to water cooling. I don't wanna buy a thermaltake piece of **** watercooling system, i want to build my own. Can you watercooling veterans give me a few pointers on what to buy and from where?
thanks in advance,
Danny

DTek_Fuzion_V2

GTX360_Radiator although a GTX 240 may work as well for a lower wattage 45nm chip. I prefer overkill with cooling and I may add my video cards later and the 360 will come closer to being able to handle that. A MCR320 will work, especially if the budget is tight, but again I prefer overkill and the GTX 360 is just a better radiator.

D5_Vario

Tubing I prefer 7/16 for the tighter seal, others like the little better flow of 1/2 and the cool colors you can get.

Scythe_Ultra_2000_FansThese are relatively quite, and on a controller you can make them almost silent.

PT_Nuke_Biocide

Pentosin_G11 or you can purchase it in a gallon form from a local VW dealership

I use worm drives to clamp others prefer zipties. If you want to use zip ties, I suggest getting them from CyberDruid, he has some that are the best I have seen (never used) for tightening water hoses down.

Think that about covers my suggestions. If I forgot anything I am sure someone else can add to or subtract from the list.

My 3 week old setup:

Q9450
DTek_Fuzion_V2
Enzotech Northbridge
Swiftech D5 Pump 655-B
1/2 tubing tygon
Thermochill PA120.3 with 3 adjustable fans (800-2600rpm)

For my ram:
http://www.mushkin.com/doc/products/...ail.asp?id=523 (2 gigs of it)

for liquid i used something called "Iceland Coolant". I've overclocked my Q9450 to about 395*8=3160 and temps are around 47 load. I'm trying to goto 400 with the lowest vcore and without touching other settings...

I chose thermochill instead of the gtx360 because at low fan speeds the thermochill performs better (from what i've read in the other topics). and i wanted the quietest system possible. where i am the thermochill was more expensive then the gt3260
