I would leave some metal in between the fans, where the fan bolts mount, to act as a cross brace.

Excuse the poor drawing. But something like this.



Forgot to add, IIRC the PA120.3 has larger spacing between the fans than most rads so that should work well.

That's it exactly. The 12 bolts should more than be able to hold up the couple of pounds of the rad.

And what would protect the fans on the outside? I'm not so good with Acrylic and DIY.

I have good ideas sometimes, I was considering buying a p182 and making a housing for fans to go on the roof a little while ago. Make sure to post pics if you do this, should look awesome and original
