Default q6600 - 3.6 vcore 1.47 vid 1.3250 on good water cooling! Is it hot?

3 x yate loons pull 1350, is it hot? Ambient temp is 25 to 29 c

No, not necessarily for that ambient temp, but keep an eye on where the radiator hot air is going. Could be recirculating back through the rad.

I made it to 3.3Ghz on 1.30Vcore, but it took a bit more each time the rest of the way to 3.6.

Currently set at 1.44 actual Vcore which droops to 1.42 under load and 100% stable for the last couple of weeks even with hotter summer temps. I hate instability so I generally overvolt a bit more for extra stability.

That's with my DFI, the old 680i wouldn't clock the chip over stock speeds at all.

My vid is 1.352

I had to make a hard mod on the mobo to be able to hit 3.6 at a reasonable voltage



The thing is my temps are better on water, but just about 5 to 6 c
