Need to know if this loop is going to work ok.. someone mentioned that the T-Line may be restrictive but I don't know how else I could mount pump and keep everything internal.
__________________Flow goes: Fill Port -> Pump -> Rad -> CPU -> T Line -> Back to Pump Oh and at the inlet of the pump 1/2 of the width of the tube is in the drive cage.. looks like there is a kink but the tube is intact and not kinked at all.. it's actually a decent curve Please advise, this is my first attempt at liquid cooling. Thx

I'd flip your T so that the CPU return lines are straight across from each other going to the pump, and the up part to the T is going to your fill line...That way the return line to the pump isn't having to make a 90 degree corner...You want as little restriction in your return, or suction line, as you can get....

it's simple, just switch 2 ends on the "T"...
__________________the fill hose side that is on the top of the "T", switch that with the hose that comes from the cpu block

It'll still be a really tight bend, but looks good. Maybe you could put the pump on top of the PSU? That would make it nicer and save on tubing.

Fixed the Loop.... now I have another issue

I provide....LEVERAGE!
|
1) Fix the kink on the intake side of the pump.
2) Is that PC Ice or some other pre-mixed coolant? Try straight distilled and see if you get bubbling as well. All parts (new or used) should be cleaned according to ira-k's PDF (10% distilled vinegar, 90% distilled water). 3) It's normal to have some bubbling at the start, and some pre-made coolants foam much more than others, but it should eventually settle down as the loop bleeds/purges itself of the air. Loops with t-lines take longer to bleed than loops with reservoirs, but all loops will bleed in time.

the air should only take a few mins 2 an hour 2 work it's way out of the loop and up the fill port hose. if u have the cap off the fill port it allows breathing if the air shoud become compressed (or possibly under vacuum). all the bubbles will eventually go away.
