I think the 2 rads should be able to handle it, but only if they have 70+CFM fans on them. Also, if the NB doesn't run too hot you could just cool it with the HR-05 like you said, and put the GT in the loop.

you could do that on 1 rad with the 87's, but splitting into 2 loops with the 47's on the GPU loop will yield the best temps.

as long as your pump is a good D5 or DDC w/ custom top you shouldn't have any issues running a dual rad CPU + GPU setup.

Hey whe3ls, have you checked out Martins flow Rate estimator?? It is really useful for making these types of decisions. I would do the calculation but don't have MS excel on this computer.

You open it and pick your components from the menus and it gives you flow rate. Just compare to see if you stay in the 1.5+ gpm range and the loop will work fine.

Probably you can handle to rads, depending on your chipset block you may be able to do that too but it might be easier and give better temps to use air there. They don't get too hot.

I'd probably try just running both rads in the same loop, there are some advantages to sharing the rads in the same loop especially if the GPU isn't a real hot one.
