Any radiator can be passive. Performance is just going to suck.... BAD.

My CPU temps on an Opty 165 were like 60C passively. I added four 800RPM fans and it dropped by 10C.

well im looking for big, the ones that were designed to run passive. i mean im sure i can put a fan on it and make it perform better, but im more looking for the size.

im thinking about a rackmount project. ! =D

you should look for a MORA 2 rad. its massiv size (360x360mm - 9 fans) makes it decent to run passive. or better yet, a 15 fan (360x600mm) AirPlex EVO 1800.

those you linked to, however, may be designed to run passively, but are made out of aluminum, which causes corrosion in your loop, while the 2 I mentioned use copper/brass tubes, which is fine.
