I am building a water cooling kit and it contains a 2x120mm rad and a 3x120mm rad. Which do you think would need the 3x120mm rad and the 2x120mm?
CPU: Nehalem GPU: 4870X2

Get out of here stalker!

I would give the nehalem the 3x120mm rad. But then again, we don't exactly know the TDP of Nehalem for sure yet.

same loop or separate loop? i'd give the GPUx2 the 3x120... Nehalem should be on the 45nm technology or better which means lower TDP.

Tough call. With everything on board the CPU I am thinking, and I could be wrong, the Nehalem is going to produce some heat. I would go initially with the 3 by 120 for the CPU, it cannot handle heat as well as a GPU, and then the 2 by 120 on the GPU.

OK, I was thinking of using the 3x120 on the CPU. Yes these will be separate loops.

Now, what color should I use for the CPU/GPU? Using Electric UV Blue and UV Red in the two loops. Maybe red for ATI?
