Temps? Probably doesn't run that cool after a while all the mineral oil would heat up to the same temp as the processor, gpu and mainboard correct?

I've heard about this.

It's supposed to offer amazing cooling if you can afford to go fill an aquarium with mineral oil.

People figured this out years ago, and it's been done like 1000 times.

The consensus is that it sucks. Basically, the price of mineral oil is more and it is less effective than a good air/water cooling solution.

Plus, once the mineral oil heats up, it has no good way to cool off, so the computer begins to overheat, at least in that configuration.

Really depends on the overall volume of the mineral oil.

It cannot beat water cooling, in fact from what I have heard it can't even match air cooling.

The oil is just too solid to move easily like air or water, and it is just messy.

So is it just a "look what i can do, put a computer in a liquid" type of bragging right?
