Yeah, but in that configuration or just about any that I have heard of that don't have a radiator, it sucks.

Yea...

As far as cooling the oil down..

What if you drilled 2 holes in the case, say one on each side. Toss a pump and a good size radiator into a loop.. maybe 1inch tubing??

I have seen this sort of cooling before but I've never seen the PSU in there too . The poor fan on that PSU will be dead...very soon - Oil/water is less viscous than air (duh) so the fan motor will burn out soon, then the PSU will overheat, set fire to the oil and kill all within a 25foot radius (okay I made that last bit up but it still isn't good for that fan.)

EDIT: It seems most of the mods out there do have the PSU and fans in there too. Strange one I read once (a few years ago now) said that the CPU fan burnt out within 2days (can't find the link now )

Sounds like a bunch of idiots work at this company. First, like everyone has said, it isn't water, so they just flat out lie. Then they claim to have one of the first computers like this, yeah, if you ignore the fact that it has been done over and over again by thousands of people. And then they have all the claims of how a computer has never run this cool, when again, like others have noted in this thread, it does NOT cool well. Get a nice air cooled setup and it will cool much better than this after the oil heats up.

What a stupid gimmick to get people into their store

well said, i think anyone could do that,

If you wan't a nice custom setup, go to CyberDruid or Syrilian. i know i would.

I have an old P4 Board, might consider doing this as a summer project, put some baby oil in it. It doesn't offer an increase in cooling, just pretty cool (not in that sense )
