Default Underwater Computer....what?

I was not sure where to post this, but i figure since the PC is "water-cooled" (used loosely), this is the best section.

Looking through my local Craigslist offerings this morning i stumbled upon this ad:

http://miami.craigslist.org/pbc/sys/754437847.html

i had a good laugh at that. So, would anyone in there right mind believe this, or in the past few hours has some new technology come out, that i am not aware of, that allows electronics to not be damaged by water? (obviously, being sarcastic, just to clarify)

It's not water.

Probably Mineral oil, and marketing it off as water to make people think it has some special high-end parts.

Distilled water still conducts electricity, just at a much lower rate.

yes and distilled water becomes un-distilled as soon as it comes into contact with dust, like that in the atmosphere, and on a motherboard

Like some have said, it's most probobly mineral oil. I'd be hapy to ring up and ask, if only i weren't so far away...

Why would they say it's something that it's not? That would be a major turn off for potential buyers once they found out.
