Default How Do These Parts Look?

I have just decided that on this hot summer day, I would like to go to water cooling. I have A/C in my apartment but it is still hot when it comes to gaming, idle, benchies, etc.

Anyways, here is a cart I put together. I read some of the guides in the WC thread and got a lot of good information. Please tell me if any of these parts should be switched, etc.

Note: I am only going to WC the CPU, nothing else. I don't really want to have all the tubing and stuff in the case for SLI WC and stuff later on.

Thanks, Rep for help!

Looks good...have you thought about what fans you want to run with the rad?

Id change a couple things..first of all if your cooling your sig rig cpu, which seems to me its a Q6600, the 120mm rad is too small and wont be able to handle the heat load..Atleast an MCR 220 for the rad..the block is fine but i think the apogee GT is kinda restrictive and that little pump wont be too well matches with the block, dont quote me on that though, if the apogee isnt as restrictive as i think, then it all looks fine..if it is then go for a dtek fuzion which will run fine with that pump.

You may want to go with atleast a 240 radiator. That little 120 won't cool that Q6600 very well, and even worst when OCed.

This pump would be alot better than the DB-1

But don't I have to get a reservoir then? If I do, I would want one that can go in a rad or 5.25" bay. Plus, I will need to find a place for 2x120mm rad. Can I put it in the bottom of my Rocketfish and blow the air down out the bottom? The case is on a table, raised up by wheels....

And I'll change to the D-Tek Fuzion....I am going to use the new Enermax Magma fans that are out: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835214001

Or should I use 110CFM fans from Silverstone? :http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811999344

I don't really care about noise, as it will be loud anyways, I just know it. I might add sound-dampening material.

Yes, most of those parts is what people here use. Popular pump, res, cpu block, rad.

I guess my last question is that does the heat of summer usually affect the performance of WC setups? Will my temps be lower in the summer with WC than with air cooling?
