You'd be better off to have it outside your case.
i would just get the rad box. i do not trust the inside the case mounting, at least at the top of the case. Hot air travels up, therefore gets in the rad, and doesn't provide the best cooling you can get. Get a rad box or get a small rad or two and mount on the bottom of your case.

it is best to push/pull. push the cold air in, pull the hot air out. or vice-versa.

look at this thread or search for Rocketfish mods:

I could do that, and cut two holes in the bottom and blow the air down and out of the bottom of the case. Do you know where I can get a HDD-to-5.25" converter kit to put the HDD's in the 5.25" bays? I would need to pull out the second HDD cage in the bottom of the case. Would I do push or pull from the Rad? Push out of the case or pull from the rad out of the case bottom?!??

check the link i provided. i do not think that you need to do push/pull, but if you want to then you should mod the case to allow for better room under the case (on that link a guy used hockey pucks) which will allow more air to pass under the case, pull in the cold air from the bottom and push the warm air into the case, then mod the top of the case to have a fan or two or three that suck the air out.
