![]() Well yeah with my limited space im only looking to do 1/8 inch. Also i would like to add that this reservoir would probably be used for nothing but looks until i get a second loop. I would just add it into the loop with a t line but use a valve to only let some water in to get the waterfall effect :P. I have a d5 vario pump and with Cyberdruids waterfall reservoir already in the front i have to use it at setting 3 otherwise the waterfall goes crazy. So flow would not be a problem. Anyway for the Plas-bits do i need a 1/4 inch drill bit for the barbs and then do i have to thread them? Will be ordering all the parts tommorow to build this and will make a build log when it comes. THANKS SO MUCH FOR HELPING EVERYONE. excited! ![]()

Man I've forgotten what size bit to use for G1/4 fittings, its a metric and I "think" 11mm, but I could be wrong...If you wanted to just use 1/4" NPT like these..1/4"x1/2" Brass NPT.You would need a 7/16" drill bit and a 1/4" -18 thread tap, I'd go ahead and buy a cheap tap handle, or if you have a drill press just chuck it up in that and turn the spindle by hand, don't turn it on...
...You might be able to find the bit and tap for the G1/4 if you Google around a bit....Heres a NPT tap chart...NPT Tap Drill Sizes

Yea score and snap tools work as long as you use them properly. My brothe build a cube case out of 1/8 acrylic, and thats all he had to cut it with. Just use that tool alot of times, it strips 1 layer evry pass so the more layers it takes off the easier and cleaner it snaps along the line.

Weldon, you gotta order it online I think. My local Home Depot used to sell it, but they stopped to sell some cheap goo crap. Sorry dude, think your gonna have to bite the bullet and order online. The product is amazing though. Read up on CD's acrylic guide, and Syrillian started (at the request of us noobs) an acrylic working guide if you wana check that out too. He is doing a Q/A over there so he could answer any specific questions you need. Hope this helped you.
