Default noob question

I was just wondering, Since i've only had my H20-220 for a day, But last night I turned it off..

Since with water cooling, is it better to leave your PC off at night? Or On? So the flow keeps going?

Thanks, Just a quickie.

An H2o rig can run 24/7 no sweat; the only thing you don't want to do is turn off the pump while the rig is running.
