I FINISH IT !!!!!! I WAS F*CKING RIGHT, THE RESTRICTIONS ARE GONE

it was a simple change but now i'm happy cos it has almost no restriction and i add the dimples in all the spiral.

But unfortunately it has a tiny problem, it leeks EVERYWHERE xD
The black thing around the block is made of the same material that car wheels are.
tomorrow i will see which other material i can try on it.

WEL LETS SEE HOW IT WORKS!!! I have been eyeballing a mill machine for sometime now. I have no clue how to use one but I am the kind of guy that like to learn by trial and error. I have made a lot of thing from wood and I had no idea what the hell I was doing lol. I will try and get me hands on a CHEAP mill machine, and make all sorts of stuff from metal blocks.

try lapping your base flat on the top using some sandpaper on a flat surface like a thick piece of glass...I think If your top is flat it would seal better...also there is some gasket liquid gasket that might work...you can find it at any auto store...however you don't want any to get inside your block.
You might just try less of that same rubber tire stuff. just cut a smaller gasket and tighten it down really really good...that's one of the problems with making a plastic top. you don't want to crack it when you tighten it down.

Nice!!!.....Can you get Permatex there? You can get it here in auto parts stores, its a silicone gasket maker, coat your gasket with that on both side before you bolt it down.I don't think it will make plexi cloudy, but I'm not a 100% sure it wouldn't either..You can get it in red or black, I'd use the black since it will be showing...Or you might just need a thicker gasket to..

Good stuff and a good job...Do you have a old computer you can try it on?

How are you planning on mounting it?

This goes without saying but
1. If you can't afford to lose it don't mod or OC it.
2. At least read the OP before commenting, Having a clue doesn't hurt either.

i haven't written anything cos i can't fix the leaking problem :S
i'm trying to paste all with some paste cos its the prototype but i don't know how to fix that in the next blocks.

i don't have the tools to make an o-ring fit in between the acrylic and the copper.

and this are some sketches from the WC system case. it does not have the exact measures an sizes.

Ira is right, buy yourself a tube of that liquid gasket. Its called Permatex and you can get it for around 5 bucks at any auto store. that should fix your leak problem if you use it right.
