Yup but wait 15 minutes after snugging it down so it can "cure" before fully tightening. And I recommend Ulta Copper RTB.

Yeah a o-ring would be great if you can get it done cheaply..Did you ever lap the top down flat like DD was suggesting? That might be part of the problem if its not really good and flat..Where is it leaking at?

Here are some temps, they were not great but was my the first block design :P
and i was not using good fans, just 4 50mm and 2 80mm fans were the only ones that i had, but it's just to compere between the enzotech and mine.

I think if you heat up alcohol it expands...no? I would be afraid it would pop my tubing off my block.

Very nice temp's, I missed you post......Thats really good temp's you have with ti..You might have a future as a block smith..

Unless your running a chiller and have to have it as a anti-freeze, I wouldn't use alcohol, it can mess up your rubber o-rings and gaskets, it might not either, but its a chance you would be taking..
