i have copper for 3 blocks

the first try will be this one, i know that is not the best but is just to do something instead of nothing.

Very nice...I like the spider like vein...seems like a nice profile...especially if accentuated with plexiglass.

If I were you I would get out the phone book and call technical schools in your area that teach cnc. You can then hook up with a instructor or a student that will do the job for you. If you take a 3d model of what you want and convert it to g-code then they can wip it out real fast. Just takes some legwork. If you ask people help. Especially when you show an interest in thier field. My Dad bought a 4 axis cnc for 1800.00 so there are not really that expensive.

if you can drill holes and you have a disc then you can make a lot of styles of blocks. even the drill press block that Ira showed you. You just have to rig up a press of some kind
