Default Swiftech help

According to my Manual, I can change my V's to my PUMP, to increase flow or slow it down. Says nTune is a good program in the manual, but I have nTune and see no option.

It's not really a biggy, but would be a nice feature.

The Blue cable (RPM cable) is plugged into the CPU Fan plug on the mobo.

I would NOT use ntune to overclock anything....there are much better programs out there IMHO. as far as lowering voltage to slow pump flow , why would you want to do that ? more flow equals much lower temps.

Nah, I know NOT to use nTune.. I was just re-reading my manual, and junk. Says I can do that, but It's no biggy really.

I'd just set your pump to max #5 and maybe plug the rpm wire into a 3-pin header to monitor it if you want to. You don't really want software or the mobo to be speeding you pump up and down, or at least I wouldn't..

But what program can I view to monitor it?

Speedfan will if the tach wire is plugged into an unused fan header on the MOBO.

A digital fan controller can do the job too. BUT DO NOT run the pump from the fan controller since it can't handle the watts the D5 requires.

You only want feedback information. Some fan controllers can run the older DDC-1 pumps (MCP-350) without any problems.
