Don't want to make a new topic so I'll just ask here. What exactly do you buy extra barbs for anyways? How many barbs do you need for just a cpu loop? Sorry for the noob questions :P

You buy higher flow metal (usually plated brass) barbs to replace the crappy plastic ones that come stock on blocks, rads, pumps (if replaceable), or res. Depending on the CPU block and pump, you would need 8; 2 for the block, 2 for the pump (if replaceable), 2 for the rad, 2 for the res.

Is there anyone that actually uses those plastic barbs? I can't even imagine having one of those break off...what a nightmare that would be.
