Stick a pen down the barb hole as a measuring stick. The deeper hole goes to the far side of the radiator, the shallow one is the barb side.

I'm going to assume that it's the same with the GTX360 as it is with the GTX120 and the GTX480's ...

So, with the rad up on end, with the barbs on the top facing me ... the right hand barb is the front half of the rad ... the left hand barb is the back half.

Here's a diagram I made from the available blueprint of the GTX480 a while back.

Out of curiosity then ... which way do you have it set up then ?
Water in the back first then to the front ... and the fans pushing from the front and pulling out the back ?

Well, that's a good question.

There is no data to show that it is better the other way around, however there "should" be an improvement in cooling capability with the first pass of air going through the second pass of water ... and the second pass of air going through the first pass of water.
Just like my illustration above.

That way, the hottest water is being cooled by the semi-warmed air that has just passed through the front half of the rad ... and the coldest air is hitting the already semi-cooled water from the back half of the rad.

A common process used to optimize cooling in exchangers where I work. ( Liquid Ammonia plant ... we make about 1800+ tons of Liquid NH3 a day )

No Prob !

If it does make a difference, please post your results.

I'm setting up a test bed here and plan to do some testing myself to verify any improvements ... if any.
