Default Can I mix thermaltake coolant with water?

I just bought the bigwater 760is cooler and its amazing! My question is can i mix my liquid coolant with water?

Of course you can mix it. But doubt it will have any effect on your temps. If it does it will be minimal. But you should try to stick with one type of coolant and not mix them

that cooler is horrible im sorry to say, i suggest you rma it back and try to get something more reliable, the acrylic on the waterblock is known to leak all over your computer and the pump is known to stop working.

Only mix it with distilled water anything else and you might get a chemical reaction.

You can also just use the coolant as it comes and not worry about adding distilled water. That setup may not give you temps you are expecting as it's a single 120mm rad crammed in a 5 1/4 bay with a fan blowing warm air up through it plus it's very restrictive. You might want to reconsider your purchase of this system and consider one of the swiftech kits. Good luck .
