I personally would build the better single loop. You can pick up better things that can lower your temps, especially if your not overclocking the GPU. Shorter tubing is always better as well. Just my thoughts though.

Another question. Assuming that I try to overclock my Q6600 as much as I can and throw a stock GTX280 or something with that much heat into a single loop, how much worse/better would those temps be if compared to 2 weaker loops? IE, $400 Australian for the single loop, $200 for the 2 loops each.
If your not OC'ing the GPU a lot I'd just leave it on a HSF and concentrate on the CPU, the CPU is much more temp sensitive then a GPU..

If you do decide to WC the GPU, just put it on its own cheap little loop, it wont take much to keep it cooled as well as a stock HSF...

OK cool,

@ ira-k, The reason I have chosen to watercool the card is to;
1. Get a higher Q6600 overclock,
2. Get a quiet graphics card. (If you search my graphics card model its really quiet)
3. I get VERY edgy when my temps get into 60C so watercooling should fix that.

Oooh... mixed opinions about Single/Dual Loops...
With everyone's opinions I think;
Single Loop
Positives
Less Tubing, Stronger cooling
Cheaper!
Negatives
Every component gets heated/cooled to about the same temps (correct me if incorrect)

Dual Loop
Positives
I am able to determine which component requires more cooling.
Negatives
More tubing/chances for problems

BTW: I'm keeping this INTERNAL in a cramped CM690 except for the 100mm reservoir which will be hanging off the back.

Added 3rd question.
