Never heard of it ,but it might be good . I would go with a setup w/ more reputation, considering it's pumping WATER through your pc.

Komplett are a MASSIVE European (possibly world wide but i'm not sure) store, they have branches in several countries.
I would say you can trust them.

EDIT: Just realised you were asking about a specific piece of hardware, not Komplett as a company... my bad.
That kit is pretty poor, the pumps are naff and the CPU block is dated now.
