Default 300$ cooling system

hi,
ive decided to upgrade my computer and the main choices were ram or cpu or water cooling and overclocking my current stuff.now the specs are a bit unclear coz the box is away from me atm but im pretty sure thats its some 939 msi motherboard , amd athlon 64 3500+ cpu , 1 gb ram and i dont know the rest... when i saw the lack of cpus for 939 pin motherboards i thought that it would be better to try to overclock the parts that i have now and try to get the best out of it.looked around in the shops in my country i could only find 1 that is selling the parts for it.there are a few kits that are around my budget and some expensive ones which i probably cant get.after reading a review for the 320$/160£ ( http://bms.lt/en/catalog/view/?id=14715 ) kit i got discouraged finding it to be less effective than air cooling. the cheaper one for 230$/115£ ( http://bms.lt/en/catalog/view/?id=19072 ) had better reviews but then i found this place and read the thread about kits being awful and seeing the lack of parts it the shop available i dont really know what to do. i could get the parts in uk but it would be hard to get replacements later and with a budget of around 300$ i doubt i could get a good cooling system could i?

anyway this turned out to be a long story so ill make this short for those who dont want to read all of this :
should i buy a water cooling kit ( this http://bms.lt/en/catalog/view/?id=14715 or this http://bms.lt/en/catalog/view/?id=19072 ) or should i try to buy the parts in the uk with a budget of around 300$/150£ . so i would appreciate if somebody could post a site that sells water cooling parts with delivery in the UK.

if you need the full specs i could try to get them.

I'd recommend just saving money and upgrading your current specs because ocing your hardware will give you little to nothing performance wise compared to a dual core processor.

Yeah I think I would upgrade first before WC'ing it...

But this would make a decent rig and its all in your area...

..D5 Vario

.This is fine just for a single or dual core CPU loop.XSPC RS360 Black

..I'd try to find some decent fans for it, like these..86cfm Pana .

..D-TEK FuZion CPU Block

.You use this on 1/2" barbs, it fits alittle tighter and is more compact, it flows about as well as the full 1/2" tubing to...7/16" Masterkleer

..I like automotive type clamps, or just a couple zip-ties on each barb is fine to..

I'll leave you some stuff to read and my cleaning and set-up PDF also, be sure to read all the WC'ing stickies here also, theres a link to them in my sig..

..Water Cooling - In English

..Assembling your Custom Watercooling Setup

..D-Tek Fuzion install tip! (Or why you should clean new blocks)

..Poll: Push or pull configuration for Radiators

..How To: Make any Sized shroud in 2 minutes
