I only need the CPU cooled at first, I want it to be at most $250, I'm buying a Cosmos S for the full tower, and I can get it for $150, so that's a deal...

Ummmm...if someone could be kind enough to post all the parts, including tubing and t-lines and what not.

UV's or cathode lights or whatever would be appreciated, especially green and purple, but not required...I am a light up kinda person so yea...

Something like this would be fine, you can look around and buy used parts cheaper, there are usually some here in the "For Sale" thread...
