I'd get Masterkleer tubing, it's cheaper.
http://www.petrastechshop.com/7id5odmagepu.html

With the money you save on tubing, upgrade your CPU block to the D-Tek Fuzion.
http://www.petrastechshop.com/dfuv2uncpuwa.html

Don't know whether you can get either in Canada, but that's what I'd do.

i was thinking of ordering from petras, but they dont accept echecks, so anything from NCIX would be optimal.

my biggest concern in the list i mentioned above, are all the parts compatible? ie tubing sizes/fittings, and i shouldnt expect any corrosion from the different parts

hey does are some great parts but, can I suggest this;

Res: http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...cture=Swiftech

Tubing: http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...e=Danger%20Den

Your still going to need some thermal paste, Petra PT_NUKE Concentrated Biocide, Swiftech Hydrx, smartcoils, Polypropylene Tee and ect. but thats a good start.

*** don't forget ncix has price match with any other Canadian site try to find the exact parts at directcanada and link them to ncix for the price match may save you some money.

for the sake of time, cost, and always the potential to upgrade parts at a later date, would buying THIS KIT be good enough for now? does it come with everything i would need, except for distilled water of course.

I would go with a higher quality water block later on down the line but the kit looks decent.

Im wondering about that tubing size though...it's 7/16" ID tubing....not very common so you may have issues fitting certian blocks/parts outside of that kit....not 100% sure tho.

Good Luck!

7/16x5/8 is used on 1/2" barbs, its what a lot of us use...Its more compact and fits the barbs tighter and still flows about as well as the full 1/2 will..

That kit isn't bad, but it has the "B" pump, it has about 30% less flow then the vario version does...I'd just buy the individual parts for a better loop...The 220 would be fine for just that CPU your using now, you might want to go ahead and get a 320 now, you might want to go quad later on down the road, its always best to over-rad a little anyway..

I'll leave you a couple of things to read and my cleaning and set-up PDF also, be sure ot read ht estickies here also, link in my sig...

well i figured just to make things easier for my first loop that id go ahead and get that kit. from what i hear, swiftech kits are one of the better kits out there.

i can always upgrade any of the parts in the kit as needed, so here goes my first loop lol.
