I can also recommend the acetal EK FC-8800 that monsta linked to. Great stuff.
I did a computer-build with two of those in SLI a while back and it worked great. Ideally, you should also get an SLI-connector like this: http://www.aquatuning.de/images/prod...400/2957_3.jpg |

You really have two options... and it all depends on why you watercool.
If you watercool to get the best overclock possible, you will want what is called a full-coverage block, like the EK FC8800GTX ($110) or the DangerDen DD-8800GTX($135) (I recommend the EK, as do most people who have seen the benchmarks comparing them to the DangerDen block, and the EK blocks are about $25 cheaper). If you just watercool for the silence, or a mild overclock, you should pick up the D-Tek FuZion GFX2 ($47) block, and their UNI-SINK ($10) for the 8800GTX. It will get comparable cooling on the GPU, but only has a passive air cooling on the RAM, so it won't be quite as good for extreme overclocks... but it is only $57 per card ! |

Also remember that full coverage blocks only work with a particular card (or few cards) so you wont be able to use your expensive block on your new GPU down the road. That's why I decided to use a Swiftech MCW60-R. Amazing temps on my XFX 88GTX (660/1546/2050): 41 idle, 45 load, plus there's a good chance I'll be able to use it on my next card.

Your could get two MCW60-R (Blister Pack) Swiftech blocks and the Swiftech MCW8800 M21 copper forged heatsinks for ram and vregs. This stuff is out of stock here but if you get these components you will have very cool running cards. These are a lot cheaper and work well although I still love the Dangerden full coverage blocks I recommended above.
Edit:MCBrown.CA has a good point...
