ok so ive been doing alot of dremmeling around my pc and recently my ddc starting making some funky sounds.
i started out by draining my system and cleaning out all of my components including my pump but the noise persisted. i was absolutely baffled by the source of the noise until i finally turned my pump over and found a boatload of metal shaving magnetically adheared to the pump bottom (presumably from the pumps magnets) and were spinning around i wipped it off and the problem was fixed i thought it was kinda funny that it was so simple

I bet there not out of your pump, its just a armature with a magnet based impeller in the center of it..Maybe Dremel chips or something...
Thats kind of a strange thing isn't it.. ..Glad thats all it was...
