2 really hot cores
ok how can i fix this im getting about 70 70 58 58 on load @ 3.8 how can i fix this? thats a whole 12c higher on two cores

Lol all I can think of is that your cooler is not evenly tightened, so one side is loose and one side is tight. That translates to two cores being hot and two cold I guess?!

You can see the CPU usage on coretemp in his screenie.
Heatsink is uneven, or IHS is way uneven, or Tim is not applied right.

Lap it..trust me..i had quite a large difference in cores on my quad..after i lapped my cpu that difference was alot less.
