Default CPU FAN ERROR, with water block?

I have a new Asus M2R32-MVP which i have just installed. Iv swapped all my bits into the new board but whenever i boot i get message saying CPU fan error. How do i stop this message? Obviously i dont have a cpu fan as i use a water block.......

Anyone had this issue? Sorry if its the wrong forum but it is kinda water cooling related...

you should have the option to turn off the cpu fan warning in the hardware monitor section of your bios.

You can disable it in your bios somewhere, I'm not familiar with that board so that is about as much as I can offer but it should be possible to do. I think the setting is "halt on all errors" ? Change it to halt on none? Worse case scenario you can plug in an old 3 pin to the CPU fan connector that's been cut off or such and the error should go away.

Does your pump have an RPM sender? It would be ideal if you could hook that up to monitor your pump. Then if the pump crapped you could have it shut down the PC and not cause harm.
