so my setup is..
res-pump -> rad ->cpu -> ddcpump -> gpu so if my gpu is on load at around 42C... around where should my temps be for my cpu? higher or lower than gpu? it should be lower right since it passes through the rad then to the cpu? and if it is lower, by around how much?

you'll only notice a difference at boot, really, eventually the water will hit its temp delta, and basically evertything will balance out, and have fairly even temps. But judging by your setup it seems to me that the CPU should be getting cooler water, from the rad, and I'd say maybe a 5 degree difference, but its going to be a massive heat dump, with the Quad core and a good OC especially with over volting... check the temps with Coretemp, adn nvidia ntune... its pretty simple to find out, also check out the new nvidia Physx for added GPU physx
