Looks fine to me. Only thing I would really change is I would go with a Bay Reservoir or the Swiftech Micro Reservoir, but that's just me. What about fans?

Your going to have a pretty good load on that rad, I'd use at least some medium speed 120x38mm fans on it, I'd use at least this size on any rad...86cfm Pana
These are what I use...115cfm Pana Shrouds will help on that rad by a pretty good amount...Push-pull wpould be the best..Really you might want to think about getting a 480GTX,a little over radding is always best.. ..Part-1-480 GTX-Temps W & W/O Shrouds ..Poll: Push or pull configuration for Radiators ..How To: Make any Sized shroud in 2 minutes ..How To: Build A Performance Shroud

I've already obtained the rad, cpu block, and 8x 88cfm Yate Loons. Plus I wanted to mount the rad inside the case and didn't want to think all that much about getting a 48 to fit. I'll likely start with a CPU-only loop but I keep thinking "well as long as I'm building it..."

...Really if fan noise doesn't bother you and your not volt modding the snot out of your GPU's I'd just put some good HSF's on them, a GPU isn't as heat sensitive as a CPU...They will add a lot of heat to your loop...
