Default Antec 900 + Back Mounted Tri Rad

Anyone have the antec 900 and a 3x120mm rad of off the back of their case? Im looking for ways to run the tubes to the barbs. Im usings a radBox to hold the rad of off the back fan. Im thinking of buying a 3/4" hole saw and drilling 2 holes right above the back fan, then flipping the rad over so the barbs are at the top and going from there. Suggestions? Pictures would be even better
